Introduction

Nadine grew up in Sydney's eastern suburbs, developing an early interest in business and problem-solving. She studied at the University of Notre Dame Sydney, where she landed her first role in recruitment in parallel with her studies, and has loved the industry ever since.

Career Summary

With a strong track record in recruitment across multiple industries, Nadine has worked with some of the most renowned firms in the world. During 4 years at Randstad in Sydney, she led the commercial division, specialising in medical device and pharmaceutical recruitment, placing senior permanent candidates while managing fast-paced interim recruitment.

In January 2022, she relocated to Dubai, joining Michael Page to spend 3.5 years placing operational teams within financial services across the GCC, before joining Aventus, where she now leads procurement, operations, and business excellence recruitment. Her generalist career has given her insight into the functions that make a business operate, and a vast network across the region.

A daily pilates and yoga practice keeps Nadine grounded outside of work. She also enjoys sunrise walks, visiting art exhibitions and museums, travelling when she can, and spending time with friends and family over good food.
