Originally from Italy, I made the move to Dubai after building my career across Europe — including time in Dublin working within the financial services and financial technology world for a global fintech firm. That experience gave me a strong foundation in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and operating in fast-paced, high-standards environments, which I've carried into recruitment here in the UAE.
