Projects & Project Finance Associate Lawyer | Global Law Firm - Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Opportunity to join a leading international law firm looking to hire a junior Projects & Project Finance Associate into its UAE practice, with flexibility to be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
This is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad practice across both project development and project finance, rather than specialising exclusively in one area at an early stage.
About the role
The work will span major energy, infrastructure and utilities projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East, including:
- Project development and project finance
- Power, renewables, water and wider utilities
- Infrastructure, transport and industrial projects
- PPP and concession-based projects
- EPC, O&M and wider project documentation
- Conventional and Islamic financing structures
- Acting for sponsors, developers, lenders and government-related entities
- Major cross-border projects across the GCC
Requirements
- Common law qualified junior Associate
- Relevant Projects, Energy, Infrastructure and/or Project Finance experience gained at a Legal 500 law firm in the UAE or looking to relocate from the UK etc.
- Middle East experience would be advantageous, although strong international candidates looking to relocate to the UAE will also be considered.
