We're looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement on a 3-month contract renewable. This is an on-site role in Riyadh. Great opportunity for hands-on Oracle experts ready to make immediate impact.
Role Overview
As a Techno-Functional SME, you'll bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation, providing subject matter expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules
- Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work — queries, troubleshooting, performance tuning
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes
- Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting)
- Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems
- Ability to work on-site for the full contract duration
- Immediate or short-notice availability (Already holding IQAMA)
- Solid Knowledge in EBS
