Role SummaryA leading organisation within Dubai's real estate and property development sector, is seeking an experienced business unit Vice President Human Capital to lead the organisation's people strategy and drive the development of a high-performing, future-ready workforce.This executive leadership role is responsible for aligning the human capital agenda with business objectives, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent while fostering a culture of performance, engagement and continuous improvement. Working closely with the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of strategic HR, organisational development, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and total rewards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the organisation's Human Capital strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy and long-term growth objectives.Lead strategic workforce planning, organisational design and manpower planning to ensure the business has the right capabilities to meet current and future demands.Prepare and manage the annual Human Capital budget, monitoring expenditure and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.Establish and continuously enhance Human Capital policies, frameworks and governance, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organisation.Drive organisational development initiatives, including restructuring projects, job architecture, role design and competency frameworks.Oversee executive and senior leadership recruitment while providing strategic direction on talent acquisition across the wider business.Lead succession planning and talent management programmes to build robust leadership pipelines and ensure business continuity.Develop and implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability, high performance and employee development.Oversee compensation, benefits and total rewards strategies, ensuring competitiveness within the market while supporting organisational objectives.Champion employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, recognition programmes, wellbeing initiatives and internal communications to strengthen organisational culture.Lead learning and leadership development strategies that support capability building across all levels of the organisation.Establish meaningful HR analytics and reporting frameworks, providing executive leadership with workforce insights, people metrics and strategic recommendations.Monitor key Human Capital performance indicators, including retention, turnover, recruitment effectiveness, payroll costs and workforce productivity.Ensure compliance with U.AE employment legislation and HR governance requirements while maintaining best practice across all people processes.Drive continuous improvement by implementing modern HR technologies, systems and operational efficiencies.Partner closely with executive leadership to provide strategic advice on people-related matters, organisational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives.Lead, mentor and develop the Human Capital leadership team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and customer-focused HR function.Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including recruitment partners, consultants, government entities, educational institutions and industry bodies where appropriate.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and change management initiatives.
