๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒThe successful candidate will advise on a broad range of conventional and ๐๐๐น๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด & ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ matters, including:โช Islamic finance and Shari'ah-compliant structuresโช Syndicated and bilateral lending transactionsโช Corporate financeโช Acquisition financeโช Project financeโช Real estate financeโช Refinancing and restructuring transactionsโช Security arrangements and financing documentationThe role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.
