I am currently partnering with a well-capitalised investment platform that is actively deploying capital across Africa and seeking an experienced investment professional to join its Dubai-based team.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Principal Investments, Corporate Development, or M&A to take a leading role in evaluating, executing, and managing strategic investment opportunities across multiple African markets.
Primary Focus of execution would be : Agribusiness / Agriculture & Food Processing
Key responsibilities include:▪ Leading end-to-end investment and M&A transactions▪ Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution▪ Developing investment cases and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders▪ Working closely with operating businesses on strategic growth initiatives▪ Driving portfolio value creation and transformation projects▪ Building relationships with management teams, advisors, and financial institutions across the region
Ideal candidates will have:12–20 years of relevant experienceStrong transaction execution experience across M&A and investmentsAdvanced financial modelling and valuation capabilitiesExperience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Principal InvestmentsEmerging markets and/or Africa exposure (preferred but not essential)Arabic language skills are advantageous but not requiredDubai-based roleSignificant exposure to Africa with regular travel requiredLong-term international career progression opportunities available
