I am currently working on an excellent opportunity for a high calibre corporate lawyer to join a leading Middle East Corporate team based in Dubai.
About the role
The team is looking to hire at the Mid-Senior Associate c.3 - 9 PQE, with experience of corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital etc.
The role will involve leading M&A transactions from start to finish, so candidates should be confident running deals and managing stakeholders independently.
Requirements
- Trained and qualified (UK/US/ AUS) solicitor with a Legal 500 law firm
- Experience in the Middle East market
- Coming from a Legal 500 recognised law firm in the UAE, London etc.
- Arabic language skills and/or exposure to PE and / or venture capital transactions would be highly advantageous, but are not essential.
