About the CompanyOur client is a well-established Family Office based in Dubai, managing a complex portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. They are seeking an experienced FP&A & Accounting Senior Manager to build and own the financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting oversight framework from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, build-from-scratch role reporting directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budget process and produce monthly budget vs. actual reports with variance analysis and forward outlookOwn the selection and implementation of the group ERP system (Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics or similar), including chart of accounts redesign and standardisation across all entitiesOversee the AP automation workflow, ensuring all invoices are properly captured, approved, categorised, and reconciledSupervise and coordinate a network of external accountants across 13 jurisdictions, driving the monthly close process and maintaining consolidated financial reportingProduce a monthly 5-page management report for senior stakeholders — condensed, visual, and decision-readyEnsure full bank reconciliation across all accounts monthly and maintain robust financial controls
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial control, or audit, ideally within a complex holding structure or multi-jurisdictional environmentDemonstrated experience implementing or significantly configuring an ERP system (Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics or equivalent)Strong consolidation and financial modelling skills, with the ability to build reporting frameworks from scratchProven experience managing external service providers including accountants, auditors, and fund administratorsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive — comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean team environmentFluent in English; French is a strong advantage given the entity perimeter
