A leading international law firm is looking for a commercially minded corporate lawyer to join its Riyadh office at mid-associate or senior associate level. You will work alongside experienced partners on a busy, cross-border transactional practice spanning M&A, joint ventures, equity investments, and corporate restructurings — with a strong Saudi and regional flavour.
This is a genuine opportunity to run transactions, build lasting client relationships, and grow within a firm that has deep roots in the Saudi market.
What you'll do
- Lead M&A, joint venture, and restructuring transactions end-to-end
- Draft and negotiate SPAs, shareholders' agreements, JV documentation, and ancillary documents
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters across the firm's global network
- Supervise junior team members and oversee due diligence processes
- Contribute to business development, pitches, and thought leadership
What we're looking for
- Saudi national with a valid KSA law licence
- PQE 3–5 (mid-associate) or PQE 6–8 (senior associate)
- Background at an international or leading local firm in KSA
- Proven track record on cross-border M&A and corporate transactions
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market; strong commercial judgment
