We are currently working with a leading international law firm looking to hire a Projects & Construction Associate Solicitor into its Dubai office.
The team advises on high-value infrastructure, energy and development projects across the Middle East and offers strong exposure to complex, cross-border work.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐A broad role with involvement across the full lifecycle of major projects, working closely with an established and well-regarded team.
๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ผ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป:โข Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (EPC, EPCM and standard forms)โข Advising on project structuring, procurement and delivery modelsโข Supporting on project finance transactions alongside finance teamsโข Managing risk allocation and contractual issuesโข Advising on claims, variations and dispute avoidanceโข Working with developers, contractors, sponsors and government entities
๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ฒโข ๐ฏโ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ค๐ (common law qualified preferred)โข Background from a leading international or top-tier regional firmโข Experience in:Construction and/or projects workInfrastructure or energy mattersโข Familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent standard form contractsโข Strong drafting ability and a commercial, client-facing approach
Middle East experience is beneficial but not essential.
