From Bournemouth on the South Coast of the UK (England’s Miami) Previously worked as an Asset Management Headhunter in the UK focusing on US and Swiss mandates for Global Asset and Wealth Management firms

Career Summary: 

After a year in the world of real estate out of school, Dennis then went on to join a Recruitment firm in the UK  focusing initially on the Automotive Sector before moving into Senior placements within Asset and Wealth Management, working with global institutions in the USA and Switzerland.

I love dealing with people and in recruitment it’s all about people, making sure that you find the perfect match for client and candidate alike.

As of the latest available information, the Venture Capital landscape in the GCC region is experiencing significant growth. Fueled by government initiatives, a burgeoning startup ecosystem, and increased investor interest, the GCC countries are witnessing a transformation in their approach to innovation and entrepreneurship. 

What is your approach to recruitment / executive search? 

I like to dive deep to find out about what both parties really want to get out of this project. Whether from the candidate side to get more coverage and a larger deal flow investing a certain industry or from the clients perspective to have a candidate that is going to fit in with their culture and the make up of thir work environment as well as being someone who likes to be hands on and focuses on the longterm. In my eyes it’s important to find what makes each party tick. 

Fun Facts: 

Went on a jungle retreat in South America and spent some time with a tribe, have a comedic  outlook on most things. Interests include slalom waterskiing, F1 and tennis
