Our client are a known group entity listed on the ADX. Located in Abu Dhabi, they are market leaders in various technology/fintech platforms and services.
The Role
- Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel (depending on years of exp)
- Reporting to the GC, you will help this group expand into numerous new countries
- You'll need to have experience of general Company Formation, JVs and some M&A
- Day-to-day commercial contract experience and understanding of different regulatory landscapes
- Need to be a self-starter, innovative and willing to roll your sleeves up for this exciting expansion phase
Experience Required
- 3-6 years Corporate/Commercial experience
- At least 2 years experience must be from an international law firm (training or PQE)
- Arabic an advantage, but not essential
Flexible Working
- 4 days office presence required
- Friday remote working
- Abu Dhabi based role
