General Responsibilities
- Advise senior management on all arising legal matters
- Technical requirements related to Financing, Funds, M&A and other transactions
- Corporate Governance
- Restructuring
- Management responsibilities of a small team consisting of 3-5 lawyers
Experience Required
- 10 - 15 years experience with a broad range of Banking & Finance transactions
- Majority of career experience with international law firms or another leading financial institute
- Common law qualified (UK preference, but others accepted)
- Senior stakeholder management/engagement experience
