This is an opportunity to work for a boutique international law firm in the UAE. In this role, you'll be working as part of an expanding team. The firm have made key hires in recent times and are looking to add more quality.
As Senior Associate, you will focus on general Fund matters with additional M&A work available if desired. As it's a smaller team, you will work closely with the Senior Partners on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:Advise on the formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance of funds in DIFC and ADGM Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.Draft and review a wide range of transactional and corporate documents.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on cross-border investments and joint ventures.Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to local laws and international standards.
Requirements:Qualified lawyer with 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in Funds and/or M&A.Common law qualification (UK, US, Aus, Canada etc..) Previous experience in a reputable law firm Knowledge of UAE and DIFC/ADGM legal frameworks.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
