Job Title: HR Organizational Effectiveness SpecialistLocation: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to drive strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance, workforce planning, and talent management. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to optimize organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, rewards, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:1. Organization Design:Partner with leadership to assess and improve organizational structures for efficiency and agility.Lead restructuring initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and departmental realignments.2. Workforce Planning:Analyze workforce trends to anticipate talent needs and skill gaps.Develop strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business objectives.Collaborate with HR and hiring teams on recruitment and retention strategies.3. Performance Management:Design and implement performance management processes that foster accountability and growth.Support managers in addressing performance issues and creating improvement plans.4. Rewards & Compensation:Evaluate and refine compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive.Benchmark market trends and recommend adjustments to reward structures.5. Talent Management:Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.Partner with L&D teams to design training programs and succession plans.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in HR preferred.Experience: 8+ years in HR, with consulting experience a plus.Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
