About:Well known Abu Dhabi based business are seeking a strategic and dynamic VP of Emiratization & Talent Development. The role is integral to supporting the organization’s long-term people strategy with a strong focus on nationalization, leadership pipeline development, and succession planning.This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping and driving impactful HR initiatives that align with both corporate goals and national workforce development policies.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement talent development and Emiratization strategies aligned with corporate vision and UAE national objectives.Serve as a strategic partner to business heads in building workforce capabilities and career development pathways.Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and act as an advisor across departments to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.Drive cultural initiatives that foster a learning, empowered, and inclusive workplace.Learning & DevelopmentOversee the implementation of a comprehensive performance management strategy.Create and manage a robust leadership development program.Identify and nurture high-potential talent through effective succession planning and talent management frameworks.Promote career pathing and professional growth for all employees.EmiratizationChampion the organization’s Emiratization program, ensuring alignment with regulatory and strategic business goals.Design attraction and retention strategies to build and sustain a strong pipeline of UAE National talent.Integrate Emirati professionals into core functions through structured development programs and targeted initiatives.HR Operational SupportRecommend improvements to HR processes and policies in line with best practices.Monitor key HR metrics and present strategic insights to the leadership team.Provide expert resolution of complex employee relations matters.
